Our Capabilities
- Hands on Guidance and Mentoring
- Mentors work directly with the team providing leadership through
example. The Mentors provide hands on examples utilizing the project's
contents then collaborating on the second deliverable and coaching the team
on the content and quality third and subsequent deliverables.
- Coaching for direction
- We lead by example to demonstrate the "How" to do something and then
coach the remainder of the team through a learning by doing exercise.
- Best practices adopted by the teams
- Each contact is an opportunity to enforce selected best practices from
the Unified Process, and alignment with the best practices is also enforced
by customization and usage of tools.

- Too much change in too little time can kill an adoption process by
